Overview

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a " Head of Brands ( FMCG ) " for our leading client.

Responsibilities
  • Strategically develops brand planning calendar, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables
  • Provides reporting to allow proper measurement of marketing activities and strategic recommendations based on analysis of ongoing trade and consumer promotion programs
  • Directs the function of product catalog compliance and testing reports via research agencies and sales department
  • Leads the production department on new and existing product development by planning for the marketing campaigns
  • Proposes social media campaigns and meet the targets as given by the company
  • Directs the TPSOM and PPSOM merchandising techniques and implements it according to the CMO
  • Creates strategies that align to overall brand portfolio and business strategies and focus on achieving brand objectives.
  • Ensures brand executives are trained and motivated to analyze and support the development and implementation of brand programs
  • Directs the agencies to develop the marketing strategies and fulfill the brand expansion requirement
  • Manages budgets and help to develop sales forecasts for allocated brands
  • Can do operational work when required with the inclusion of transparency and accountability

Knowledge, skills and experience

Minimum

Knowledge: Master's in Branding/Marketing or equivalent degree

Experience: 11-12 Years of experience within the same functional area with hands-on experience in different countries/Have done any assignment or project in the brand marketing abroad

Skills: Communication and interpersonal Skills, Ms. Office Skills, Time management, Coordination Skills, Decision making skills, people management, problem solving skills, crisis management, Brand management skills, Brand strategy, leadership skills, innovation and creativity skills

Preferred

Knowledge: Master's in Branding/Marketing or Equivalent degree

Experience: 14-15 years of experience within the same functional area with hands-on experience in different countries/Have done any assignment or project in the brand marketing abroad
