
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies that align with our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation campaigns. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct presentations and demos to potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, underwriting, customer service) to optimize client experience.
- Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, performance, and forecasts.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business development or sales (insurance or financial services preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
