Job Title: Admin & Accounts Assistant

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Assist in managing accounts, bookkeeping, and financial records.
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, and maintain documentation.
  • Support in payroll preparation and petty cash management.
  • Maintain files, records, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office functioning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks / ERP / MS Excel preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
