Job Title: Admin Officer (Female Only)
Location: I-8 Markaz, Islamabad
Company: Real Estate Management Company
Salary: PKR 40,000 (Probation) → PKR 43,000 (After probation)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday–Saturday)
Age Limit: 24–30 years
Note: Only permanent residents of Islamabad/Rawalpindi near I-8 Markaz will be considered. No hostel residents.

Job Description
We are looking for a smart and proactive Admin officer to assist our Managing Director (MD). The candidate should be professional, well-organized, and able to handle work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist MD in daily administrative tasks.
- Represent MD in meetings when required.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Handle office and outdoor tasks independently.
- Communicate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Draft and review emails, letters, and other documents.
- Maintain proper records and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Keep sensitive information confidential.
- Use MS Office and related software effectively.
Requirements
- Education: Preferable BBA.
- Experience: 1–2 years in administration/executive support.
- Age: 24–30 years.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Good at multitasking, communication, and time management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confident, well-groomed, and professional.
