Marham is looking for a Human Resources Executive to grow its People & Culture department.

  • Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
  • Calculate bonuses and allowances
  • Prepare employees' compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
  • People Strategy Design and Implementation
  • Provide project management and coordination support
  • Provide technical input for people strategy-related topics such as talent management, strategic workforce planning, performance management, talent reviews, career management, HR policies leadership development, learning, and staff well-being.
  • Support the creation of related People Strategy implementation plans including follow-up with various HR teams and project managers.
  • Support the creation of a reporting framework and reports for various audiences
  • Assist in designing / creating surveys, compiling and analysing data
    Provide logistical support e.g. Organize meetings, organize events.

Requirements

Requirements
  • BBA/ MBA in relevant field.
  • 0 – 1 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Identifies priority activities and assignments
  • Works collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other tools)
