We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
  3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  4. Address employee concerns and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  5. Organize and oversee training and development programs.
  6. Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  7. Assist in payroll management and benefits administration.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in an HR role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
  5. Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
  6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  7. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
