About The Role
As a People Operations Associate (L2), you'll support a positive employee experience by maintaining accurate records, assisting HR processes, and serving as a resource for employees. Your contributions will help improve efficiency and data integrity within our HRIS.

What You'll Do

  • Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding HR topics via our support ticketing system.
  • Maintain and update employee data within our HRIS, ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Support new hire onboarding with administrative tasks and initial support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, including workflow automation and AI solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive employee information.

What We're Looking For

  • A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with HR systems like Workday, Greenhouse, Jira, and Google Suite.
  • At least 1+ years in HR support, HR Operations, or related roles, preferably managing HR inquiries or ticketing systems.
  • An interest in workflow automation and AI solutions is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
