Job Title: Lead Generation, Proposal Crafting & Sales Specialist

- This position requires an in-person interview at our office after an initial introductory call. The interview will evaluate your English writing and speaking skills, lead generation workflow, proposal crafting on Upwork, optimized connect usage, and client engagement. Salary & Commission:
Base Salary: 100,000 PKR per month.
Commission:
- 5% commission on all client payments.
- Commission applies to all client payment structures (one-time, weekly, or monthly).
- Commission will be paid upon receipt of the client's payment.
Payment Structure:
- Commission payments are dependent on the client's chosen payment schedule (one-time, weekly, or monthly).
- You will receive your commission whenever the client makes a payment, in accordance with their payment structure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr etc.
- Apply to relevant job listings and opportunities on these platforms using provided company profiles.
- Craft custom, persuasive proposals tailored to client briefs in web development, video editing, and game development.
- Maintain continued communication with potential clients to build trust and close deals.
- Set up discovery calls or meetings to gather project requirements and scope.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure feasibility before finalizing proposals.
- Deliver polished proposals (typically in PDF format) including timeline, deliverables, and pricing.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in a CRM or tracking system.

Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
- Experience applying for and winning projects on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar freelance platforms.
- Ability to understand technical client needs and translate them into actionable proposals.
- Skilled in handling multiple prospects at once and keeping communications warm.
- Familiarity with CRM or project tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Trello, Pipedrive).

Bonus (Preferred, Not Required):
- Previous experience working with creative or tech studios.
- Background knowledge of production pipelines in web, video, or game projects.
- Experience in building rapport with international clients and understanding their expectations.
