What we're looking for:

We're looking for responsible and professional customer service reps for phone, email, and live chat support projects. Prior experience in international customer service campaigns is a plus but not required. Candidate must have an American or neutral accent, adequate typing speed, and must be able to write English with proper grammar, sentence structure, and punctuation. Available shift timings are 6 PM to 2 AM (Evening) or 2 AM to 10 AM (Night).

This is an on-site position, so if you can only work remotely, this job is not for you.

Our requirements:

  • Commitment to working dependably and reliably on assigned project(s) as per shift schedule
  • Ability to empathize with customers, and use intuition to provide an appropriate resolution depending on the customer's state of mind
  • Ability to speak English fluently with a neutral or American-sounding accent.
  • Ability to communicate freely with customers in English over phone, live chat and email
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients on Slack, Skype, or Teams
  • Ability to write friendly yet professional emails free of grammatical, punctuation, or spelling errors. We encourage the use of Grammarly or other writing aids as a helping hand
  • Ability to touch type at 55 WPM or more
  • Ability to learn new software and subject matter quickly
  • Willingness to work in our office in the evening or night hours.
