We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our digital solutions, and scheduling qualified meetings for the business development team. This is a target-driven role that requires persistence, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to engage prospective clients.
  • Use lead lists and online resources to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Introduce company offerings clearly and effectively to spark interest.
  • Schedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales or business development team.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and lead progress in the CRM.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to communicate value effectively.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably cold calling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remain goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital products such as SaaS, mobile applications, and websites.
  • Proven ability to meet lead generation or meeting scheduling targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
