Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lead position located in Lahore, responsible for leading a team of Content Analysts to execute and improve content moderation and review processes. The role involves conducting quality reviews, maintaining and developing training programs, and implementing process improvements by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, this role requires creating reports on performance metrics, delivering performance feedback, and addressing inquiries from internal stakeholders promptly.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience in content moderation and review, preferably in a user-generated content management, digital agency, or online community management setting.
  • Experience managing a team, including goal setting, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with content moderation technology, including AI-based moderation tools.
  • Proven experience in process definition, documentation, training, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A result-oriented individual with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Experience working with multicultural and diverse teams is a plus.
Timings: 2-10 PM - Monday - Friday
