About the Project:

Alliance Pakistan is launching a new tech networking series to connect Pakistan's top tech leaders — founders, CIOs, CTOs, and decision-makers — fostering collaboration, conversations, and innovation. Our goal is to establish this series as an internationally recognized event comparable to benchmarks like Gitex. We seek a dedicated Assistant Director to help lead this impactful project. This role offers leadership opportunities for individuals passionate about innovation, technology, and networking.

This role is crucial in shaping a new platform for Pakistan's tech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Assist in developing and executing the event strategy.
  • Speaker & VIP Coordination: Liaise with invited guests to ensure a premium experience.
  • On-Ground Operations: Oversee event logistics and guest experience on the event day.
  • Moderation & Public Engagement: Represent the event in panel sessions or digital promotions (if comfortable).
  • Sponsorship & Partnerships: Lead outreach to potential sponsors and partners.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Build and lead a small support team if desired.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about tech, entrepreneurship, or innovation.
  • Confident engaging with C-level professionals.
  • Organized, proactive, and responsible.
  • Experience with international tech/media ecosystems is a plus but not required.
  • Committed to contributing to Pakistan's tech ecosystem.
