Job SummaryWe are looking for a Business Development Executive with 3-5 years of working experience to join our Business Development team and help in the B2B Business Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through B2B channels. This role demands a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the education technology landscape and a passion for promoting STEAM learning solutions.
Responsibilities- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector, including schools, educational institutions, and government bodies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs and client feedback.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market opportunities and challenges.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of STEAM education and the Pakistani education system.
- Network: Established network within educational institutions and government bodies.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the education technology sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
