Job Purpose
Executive BI & Analytics will be responsible for driving Data Analytics activities for Zong which include:

Executing long and short term Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics strategies for delivering management reporting & Business Insights

Use predictive & descriptive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue growth, ad targeting and other business outcomes.

Pre & Post analysis of campaign & product launches

Analysis on subscriber base, usage behavior, including changes over time

Data Crunching & validation along with Data quality check to keep KPIs tracker updated for management reporting

Designing processes for effective data analysis and reporting

Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using machine learning algorithms

Job Responsibilities
Responsible to deliver valuable insight to Business users by identifying hidden patterns, predicting subscriber activity, or developing affinities within our customer base.

Responsible for generating insights & establishing what needs to be done through these data insights

Responsible for conducting Pre post analysis of campaign/product launch on subscriber base, offers subscriptions, usage behavior & various network initiatives taken over a period of time

Perform competition analysis and deliver all KPI reports for better visibility.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education: Bachelor/Masters in CS/IT/AI, Accounting and Finance, BBA, statistics, Bachelor in Engineering Work Experience: 2-4 years Skills - Generic:

Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in analytics/segments/pricing/Product Development

Strong communication skills

Strong communication skills along with the ability to get things done

Basic experience with Analytics BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc. is a major plus

Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.

Knowledge of machine learning and advanced statistical techniques (clustering, regression, classification, association rule mining, deep & reinforcement learning, statistical tests, properties of distributions) and experience with applications.

Others
Advanced Excel Experience is must.

Basic experience with advanced statistical/analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc. is a plus

Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
