Services Business Development Manager (Web and SEO)

We are a rapidly growing digital marketing agency specializing in providing cutting-edge web design and SEO services to businesses across industries. Our mission is to empower businesses with a strong online presence and drive measurable growth through tailored SEO strategies. We are currently seeking a motivated Web & SEO Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients, primarily local businesses, and educate them about the benefits of web design and SEO services.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of each prospect and present customized web development and SEO solutions.
  • Client Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services and close sales.
  • Lead Generation: Leverage various platforms (social media, email campaigns, cold calling) to generate leads and follow up with prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by closing new business and upselling existing clients.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in web development and SEO practices to better address client needs and objections.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the web development and SEO teams to ensure that the solutions sold meet client expectations and are delivered effectively.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and pipeline in CRM systems.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on web development or SEO services.
  • Understanding of web technologies, SEO principles, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales is a plus.

Working Hours: 6pm to 3am (Pak Time) Monday to Friday. You will have to be present on video/phone calls during working hours.
