We have an immediate opportunity for a Quality Assurance Specialist with extensive experience in support of the full software development to release lifecycle. Excellent background in quality assurance and business analysis is imperative.

The purpose of this position is to provide advanced level quality assurance to various web-based projects and processes. The position will have a high level of responsibility, room for growth, interaction with other areas, cutting-edge technology, in an exciting, challenging, and growing environment.

Job Specification
  1. Solid understanding of structured Quality Assurance Methodologies as well as Use Case Definition, Quality Attributes, and Business Process Flows.
  2. Development and project management experience is a plus.
  3. Extensive Web-based application quality assurance experience.
  4. Strong project and time management skills with the ability to meet assigned timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Flexibility and adaptability necessary to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills for consultation with clients and vendors.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Ability to extend workday, and/or respond to emergency calls as needed.
  9. Ability to draft Quality Assurance test plans to validate business requirements.
  10. Experienced in proactive risk management and mitigation.
  11. Skilled in organizing and facilitating project and quality assurance review meetings.
  12. Skilled in leading teams and creating a productive teamwork environment.
  13. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  14. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance required.
