Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Role Overview

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications.

You will work closely with the development team to test applications, identify issues, and implement solutions to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests to ensure seamless application performance.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing on applications to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure proper bug fixes and implementation of best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues before product release.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
  • Proficiency in Selenium, JUnit, and other testing tools.
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Knowledge of test automation and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered code assistants, automated testing, and AI-driven DevSecOps tools preferred.
