Quality Assurance Executive

About the Role:

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to spearhead our team's efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in a Quality Assurance department, with a strong understanding of quality standards, compliance procedures, and performance evaluation methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Provide actionable feedback and coaching to agents based on Quality Assurance observations.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive Quality Assurance reports.
  • Collaborate with team leads and trainers to drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of Quality Assurance guidelines and call scripts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in a call center or Business Process Outsourcing industry.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and observation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance processes and best practices.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative and ownership.
