Job Title: Online Bidder (Remote / Full-time)
Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Online Bidder to join our team. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by bidding on online platforms, such as Upwork and LinkedIn. You will work closely with our marketing team to identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and develop winning strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by bidding on online platforms such as Upwork and reaching out to targeted prospects via LinkedIn.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Prepare proposals and develop winning strategies to secure new business.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities.
- Research and analyze market trends to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
- Track and report on bid success rates, revenue generated, and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery of projects and addressing customer concerns.

Salary Package: PKR 40,000 + Commission (Uncapped)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder and LinkedIn business development or similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Bark.
