Be a key player in our customer service team as a Call Center Representative.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls from customers, providing timely and effective assistance with their inquiries or concerns.
  • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Update customer information accurately and maintain records of interactions.
  • Provide product or service information and promote our offerings.
  • Utilize software and tools to manage customer interactions and tasks.
  • Meet daily or weekly call quotas and customer service targets.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor while interacting with customers.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • A qualification at O/A Levels or Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of calls.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software used in call center operations.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Previous experience in call centers or customer service is a plus.
