Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cafe Manager at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf located in Islamabad. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily cafe operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards for food and beverage quality. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, staff training, scheduling, and sales performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
  • Sales understanding and skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
