Timings: 7 pm - 4 am PKT
Job Overview:
The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role includes managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, directing inquiries, and providing administrative support to maintain smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests professionally.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls or inquiries to the relevant departments.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes..
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Provide basic administrative support such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Assist Admin with documentation as required.
- Ensure office supplies at the reception are stocked and report requirements to Admin.
- Support in organizing company events and office activities when needed.
Requirnments
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk officer is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
