Overview

Location: Office-based – GIGA Mall, Islamabad

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (PST) | 9 Hours Daily

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic e-commerce team. This is a full-time, office-based position requiring a candidate with exceptional communication skills, a strong command of the English language, and solid experience in the e-commerce customer service domain.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage order processing, including placing, tracking, and backordering
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve order or product-related concerns
  • Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer service tickets
  • Monitor e-commerce platforms for new orders and updates
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation
  • Work closely with the fulfillment and operations team to ensure smooth order processing
Requirements
  • Must be based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad (Applicants from other cities or seeking remote work will not be considered)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Showired, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Only experienced candidates in ecommerce customer service industry will be considered (virtual assistant, call center representative, account manager, portal manager, ticket handlers etc)
  • Exceptional English communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach
  • Familiarity with order management systems and customer service tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Punctual, reliable, and a team player
