We are seeking a Sales Specialist with hands-on experience in generating and closing leads from Upwork and Bark. This is a full-time on-site role at our DHA, Karachi office, requiring you to work in US business hours. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, writing high-conversion proposals, and securing projects for our creative and digital services.

  • Search, filter, and qualify relevant projects/leads on Upwork and Bark.
  • Craft customized, high-impact proposals for each client.
  • Communicate with prospects in real-time to boost conversion rates.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Track, report, and refine bidding strategies.
  • Proven experience in sales/bidding on Upwork and Bark.
  • Ability to work night shifts (US timezone) from the DHA office.
  • Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, design, and creative services.
  • Goal-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Prior work experience in a digital agency environment.
  • Familiarity with lead nurturing and sales funnels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven setup.
