The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales on various freelancing platforms, including Upwork, Bark, and Fiverr. The ideal candidate should be experienced in cold emailing and proficient with lead generation tools like Apollo and Instantly. If you have a strong sales background and are eager to grow within a collaborative and innovative environment, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Manage and optimize our presence on Upwork, Bark, Fiverr, and other relevant freelancing platforms to maximize sales opportunities.
Communication: Utilize excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with potential clients and handle calls when needed.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each platform to drive revenue growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements and Skills:
Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Bark, and Fiverr.
Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written; the ability to handle calls in English is a plus.
Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: 60K-120K based on experience
Growth Opportunities: Regular appraisals and opportunities for career advancement and commission upon reaching target.
Working Hours: 5PM - 1 AM
