Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Generalist + Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within tech domain.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to source potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Candidate Assessment and Selection: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions that align with the company's needs and values.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Engage in outreach activities to promote the company as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide support and guidance to new employees during their initial integration into the company.
  • Talent Pools and Pipelines: Proactively build and maintain talent pools and pipelines for critical roles, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices related to talent acquisition.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a HR + Talent Acquisition Specialist in the IT industry (at least 2 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Salary: 70,000 PKR to 100,000 PKR
