We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HR Generalist to support various human resources functions. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure a seamless integration into the team.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
