We Are Looking For Experienced & Professional ICabbi Controllers And Dispatchers For Our (UK) Based Taxi Company Based In Several Cities Within The United Kingdom.

- We Are Looking For People Who Have Previous Experience In ICabbi Dispatching. If You Haven't Got Any Experience In ICabbi Dispatching, Please Do Not Apply.

- We Are Looking For Full & Part Time ICabbi Dispatchers Who Can Work On Our Given Rota. All Candidates Must Have Excellent English Communication And Typing Skills As Well As Basic Computer Skills.

- Candidates Will Be Making & Receiving Inbound & Outbound Calls & Booking Taxis For Customers On ICabbi Every Day.

- You Can Choose To Work Either 8, 10 Or 12 Hours A Day, Only If You Have Previous Experience As A Dispatcher On ICabbi.

Your Job Role Will Include:

1. Dealing With Customer Complaints.
2. Providing Quotations To Customers.
3. Sending Emails & Monitoring Received Emails.
4. Delivering A High Level Of Professional Customer Service At All Times.
5. Allocating Bookings To Drivers Within Time Frames And Driver Locality.
6. Monitoring Drivers At All Times & Dispatching Work To Them Accordingly.
7. Correcting & Helping Current Dispatchers If You See They Are Making A Mistake.
8. Working With Our Current Great, Dedicated & Professional Team Of ICabbi Dispatchers.
9. Maintaining A Professional Telephone Manner.
10. Ability To Deal With Different Levels Of People.
11. Ability To Plan Ahead And Work Under Pressure.
12. Ability To Dispatch Properly & Not To Lose Focus During Busy Times.

We Are Looking For Professional & Experienced People Who Are:

1. Self-Motivated.
2. Flexible Work Ethic, With A Polite Manner.
3. Ability To Remain Calm Under Pressure.
4. Willing To Provide Cover For Colleague Absences When Required.

Your Salary Will Be Guaranteed On The 1st Of Every Month:

1. An Individual Who Does A 8 Hour Shift (7 Days Per Week) Their Fixed Monthly Salary Will Be 50,000 PKR Per Month.
2. An Individual Who Does A 10 Hour Shift (7 Days Per Week) Their Fixed Monthly Salary Will Be 60,000 PKR Per Month.
3. An Individual Who Does A 12 Hour Shift (7 Days Per Week) Their Fixed Monthly Salary Will Be 70,000 PKR Per Month.

A Daily And Monthly Increment Bonus Scheme (Which Is Separate From Your Monthly Salary):

1. The Daily Increment Bonus Scheme Allows You To Earn Between 1,000 PKR - 2,000 PKR Daily.
2. The Monthly Increment Bonus Scheme Allows You To Earn Between 12,250 PKR - 24,000 PKR Monthly.
3. The Daily & Monthly Increment Bonus Scheme Allows You To Earn Between 30,000 PKR - 55,000 PKR Extra Per Month.

Please Note: The Daily & Monthly Increment Bonus Scheme Is Separate From Your Monthly Salary Which You Get Depending On If You Hit Your Targets.
