As a Cab Controller/Taxi Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless taxi operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This demanding yet rewarding position requires a flexible work ethic, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills, as well as basic computer proficiency. Prior experience in dispatching taxis using ICabbi is highly valued, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing taxi bookings, allocating drivers based on location and availability
  2. Communicating effectively with customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  3. Ensuring seamless email management, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  4. Maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor, even in high-pressure situations
  5. Supporting colleagues when needed, offering guidance and expertise
