  • Delivering high-quality customer service at all times, maintaining a professional telephone manner
  • Allocating bookings to drivers based on location and availability
  • Maintaining visibility into driver activity, adjusting dispatch work accordingly
  • Offering assistance and guidance to colleagues when needed
  • Staying focused during peak periods, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
