Position Purpose

This position is responsible for supporting the financial control and reporting processes of the company. The Finance Expert will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, financial data analysis, cost control, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and reporting standards.

Job Description

  • Assist in monitoring cost-related data and preparing reports to support cost control and budgeting efforts.
  • Perform financial data analysis, support monthly closing activities, and assist in preparing management reports and financial statements.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external customers to resolve finance-related queries in a timely manner.
  • Help track KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), providing input to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Work within financial systems to extract and manage data, ensuring accuracy and consistency for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data management protocols.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and suggest improvements for clarity and operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support in new account opening process, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals, identify process bottlenecks, and implement suggestions for improvement.
  • Assist Manager Finance and the Head of Finance with ad hoc projects, analysis, and other tasks as required.
  • Contribute to maintaining positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners through reliable and responsive support.

Experience and Qualification

  • CA Finalist / ACCA Member
  • 08 to 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and data analysis skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Hands on approach and solutions focused.
  • Comfortable to work from 12 p.m to 9 p.m.
