The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring fiscal responsibility, driving financial strategy, and providing leadership to the finance team. This individual will work closely with the executive team to inform strategic decision-making through data-driven financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance functions
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders
  • Develop financial models and business analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning
  • Drive efficiency and scalability through process improvements and system implementations
  • Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial partners
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, ACCA, CA preferred)
  • 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in financial planning & analysis, reporting, and compliance
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with financial software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, BI tools)
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
