Reporting to: Regional Director Corporate Sales Central

Job Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, evaluate, support, and contribute to regional sales target achievement.
  2. Provide technical support to achieve regional GCSS revenue targets through DICT/DIA/DPLC/IPLC/PRI/SIP/VPBX/M2M/Cloud/Datacenters/SD-WAN. Support product and service customization and stay updated on upcoming technology trends in the B2B market.
  3. Assist the corporate sales team in closing and finalizing corporate deals.
  4. Respond to and fulfill clients' technical queries with support from CBSC (Corporate Business Support Center).
  5. Prepare, follow up, and seek approval for business cases (ROI).
  6. Facilitate sales activities and play an active role as regional bid manager for mega RFPs.
  7. Engage in product training to maintain high product knowledge.
  8. Prepare technical and commercial proposals for corporate customers and present them to clients.
  9. Conduct quarterly or periodic client-wise revenue and service analysis with CBSC and BI support.
  10. Gather customer feedback through satisfaction surveys and conduct regular customer visits.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs technically.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Skills):

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT, Engineering, or related fields, with relevant experience in DICT Products & Solutions.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years or more.
