  • Execute operational plans with defined actions and timelines while supporting ICAP functions across the Northern Region, including Examinations, Education & Training, Members' Affairs, Legal & Corporate, Finance, and IT, ensuring timely and efficient task completion.
  • Supervise administrative heads of regional offices, ensuring compliance, internal controls, and the effective implementation of ICAP's policies.
  • Represent ICAP at government and non-government forums across the Northern Region.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ICAP members, corporate sector, education partners, and government departments.
Job Specifications
  • The candidate should be a fellow member of ICAP having at least 15 years of post-qualification experience or a Master's degree in Business Administration / Management or other related fields with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 05 years in a C-level position.
Skills Required
  • Demonstrate leadership competencies in strategic planning and stakeholder management.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing multi-functional operations across the Region.
