For the following materials, quotations are requested from reputed vendors.

• Reproduction Ratio: 25% to 400%, 1% Increment
• Automatic toner density
• Cassette Capacity: 550 sheets x 2 = 1100 + 100 (By Pass) = 1200 sheets
• RADF/DSDF: Reversing Automatic Document Feeder / Dual Scan Documents Feeder
• Duplexer: Automatic Duplexing Unit
• Trolley: Movable Wheel Trolley (Original)

• Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
• Incomplete and conditional quotations will be rejected outright.
• Form should be filled in ink. The use of lead pencil is not allowed.
• Payment shall be made through cross cheque/online bank transfer only.
• Please submit your quotation with complete details including transportation charges, model number, and all specifications.

Note: Warranty: 80 thousand copies or 01 year, whichever comes first, from the date of installation.
