Tender Notice for Auction of Laptops, Desktops, LCD monitors, Printers, UPS, Photocopiers, Mobile Tablets, Server, Digital Cameras, Mobile Phones, Refrigerators, and Air Conditioners.
- Items will be auctioned on "AS IS AND WHERE IS BASIS".
- An auction form, worth PKR 500/-, can be obtained from the International Rescue Committee office at the address below during office hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) from May 12 to May 16, 2025. Interested bidders can inspect the items by visiting the IRC office.
- Sealed bids, along with a 5% bid security for the quoted lot (refundable if unsuccessful), must be submitted in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of "International Rescue Committee" at the following address: Building No.02, Plot No. 270, Service Road North, I-9/3, Islamabad, on or before May 16, 2025.
- Bid security will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders within 7 days after the bid opening.
- Successful bidders are required to pay all applicable taxes. The remaining balance of the offered price must be deposited within 7 days of notification of the award. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the offer and forfeiture of the earnest money.
- Bids must be submitted only on the "bids submission form" issued by the Organization, accompanied by a CNIC copy and bid security. Each bid form can be used for only one lot.
- Bids will not be accepted if they are overwritten, not clearly written, or missing information.
- The International Rescue Committee reserves the right to reject any or all offers without providing a reason.
