• Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
• Incomplete and conditional quotation will be rejected outright.
• Form should be filled in ink. Use of lead pencil is not allowed.
• Payment shall be made through cross cheque/ online bank transfer only.
• Please submit your quotation with complete details including installation & transportation charges, model number with all specifications.
