Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage invoices, payments, and stock.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting softwares.
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with month/year-end closing processes.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, document management, client communication).
  • Actively participate in improving systems and task automations through IT skills.
  • Collaborate with IT/development teams to integrate accounting systems with other platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (2-3 Years Experience).
  • Mastery of Excel, Google Sheets (pivot tables, VBA, Power Query, Power BI) and accounting softwares.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve processes.
  • Certifications in IT or Accounting, knowledge of ERP systems.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
