Job Title: AI-First Full Stack Engineer (MERN, Next.js, Prisma)

Position Overview

We are seeking three (3) AI-First Full Stack Engineers to join our team in Lahore on a hybrid work model. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in the MERN stack with Next.js and Prisma, along with proven experience integrating AI/ML services and APIs into production-ready applications. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling SaaS applications enriched with AI-driven features, ensuring top performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN, Next.js, and Prisma.
  • Integrate AI/ML-powered features through APIs, SDKs, or custom models.
  • Develop advanced modules such as recommendation engines, conversational bots, and automation tools.
  • Implement third-party integrations (payments, eCommerce, messaging, and social platforms).
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and database operations with Prisma ORM.
  • Collaborate in a hybrid setup (onsite + remote) for efficient delivery.
  • Research and apply the latest trends in AI/ML and modern web technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with Prisma ORM for database management.
  • Proven ability to integrate AI/ML APIs or services (OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow.js).
  • Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time applications.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS platforms, eCommerce systems, or payment gateways.
  • Exposure to social media APIs, CRM systems, or unified inbox solutions.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Previous experience in a hybrid team environment.

Salary: Competitive, up to 120,000 PKR (based on experience).

Work Schedule: Full-time, night shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT).

Location: Hybrid, Lahore.
