Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore. The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for handling the credentialing process for medical providers, which includes verifying and maintaining provider credentials, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing communication with providers and insurance companies. Daily tasks will include gathering and submitting required documentation for credentialing, updating credentialing databases, and handling customer service inquiries related to credentialing.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and processes
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
