Position Summary

The Production Designer plays a crucial role in shaping the online experience by creating visually compelling, user-centric designs that enhance engagement, drive conversion, and foster brand loyalty. As part of the creative and digital experience team, we bring TCP's brand to life across various digital touchpoints, working to align creative strategy with overall marketing, merchandising, and business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Designing and Mapping Creative Customer Journeys: Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and brand strategy teams to design and map end-to-end creative journeys for customers, ensuring each touchpoint is visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for user experience. Develop seasonal and event-based shop experiences on the website and in-app that showcase collections, highlight promotions, and cater to customers' evolving needs. Conduct research and analysis to understand the customer's journey, using insights to create design flows that enhance the customer experience and drive engagement.
  2. Iterative Design Based on Marketing and Merchandising Goals: Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to understand key campaign goals, adapting digital creatives accordingly. Use an iterative approach to test, refine, and evolve designs based on performance data, stakeholder feedback, and changing marketing objectives. Collaborate with analytics teams to assess campaign results, using insights to inform design improvements.
  3. Cross-Channel Asset Creation and Support: Assist in developing visual assets for digital channels such as e-commerce, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. Ensure designs are optimized for each platform and align with brand guidelines. Support rapid ideation and production for fast-paced digital initiatives.
  4. Technical Collaboration and Problem-Solving with Development Teams: Understand website and mobile platform capabilities, collaborating with developers to ensure design feasibility. Troubleshoot design challenges, translate design requirements into actionable specs, and provide UX/UI insights to ensure designs are fully realized.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphics design, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in design & digital marketing; retail experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Familiarity with UX research methods such as A/B testing, user interviews, surveys
  • Excellent collaboration skills across teams
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello)
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is advantageous
