Job Opportunity: Solar Technician – Installation & Commissioning
Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-Time

Elite Renewables Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of solar system installations and O&M services, is looking to hire an experienced Solar Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the installation and commissioning of solar power systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, wiring, and commissioning of on-grid/off-grid solar PV systems (residential, commercial, and industrial).
  • Interpret technical drawings and layouts for solar system designs.
  • Handle mechanical and electrical installations including mounting structures, inverters, solar panels, and cabling.
  • Test and troubleshoot system components to ensure proper operation and performance.
  • Collaborate with project engineers and site supervisors to execute site plans.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Preferred Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in solar system installation and commissioning.
  • Strong understanding of PV modules, inverters, breakers, and BOS components.
  • Experience working on fuel station canopies or shed structures will be a plus.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/DAE in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant technical field.
  • Knowledge of tools, materials, and best practices used in solar PV installations.
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
