Job Title: After-Sales Support Engineer (Solar & Energy Storage)

Location: Lahore

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled After-Sales Support Engineer with expertise in on-grid and hybrid solar inverters, lithium-ion batteries, and other solar energy products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting and customer issue resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth operation of deployed solar products.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support for solar inverters (on-grid & hybrid), lithium-ion batteries, and other solar products.
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues, system failures, and software/hardware malfunctions.
  • Guide customers and field technicians on system configuration, firmware updates, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product teams to analyze recurring issues and suggest improvements.
  • Assist customers with warranty claims, product replacements, and service requests.
  • Train installers, technicians, and distributors on the best practices for installing and maintaining solar energy solutions.
  • Maintain detailed logs of customer complaints, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
  • Conduct field inspections and performance evaluations to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Provide feedback to the product development and R&D teams on potential improvements.
  • Develop and update technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
  • Conduct technical training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, new technologies, and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in after-sales support or technical service in the solar industry.
  • Hands-on experience with on-grid and hybrid inverters, lithium-ion battery systems, and solar PV products.
  • Strong knowledge of solar power systems, energy storage solutions, and battery management systems (BMS).
  • Proficiency in inverter and battery troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, and system diagnostics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site support and training.
