Assistant Manager HR at Gold Lion Financials Private LimitedDuties and Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations and Problem Solving: Serve as the key contact between employees and management to address workplace issues, investigate complaints, and recommend solutions.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and enforce employee relations policies to improve the work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Disciplinary and Performance Management: Manage discipline and performance plans, and coach managers on employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain detailed records of employee relations cases, keep HR data up-to-date in the OA system, and ensure efficient file organization.
- Employee Satisfaction and Retention: Identify trends in employee relations issues and recommend strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field with at least 3 years' experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
