Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic startup as an HR Operations Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in managing core HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving employee development.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, performance management, and conflict resolution skills. Experience with digital documentation and local terminology is also highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts and workplace safety.
  • Maintain and update HRIS, including employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, managing grievances and facilitating dispute resolution.
  • Lead the 360° performance evaluation cycle, coordinating self-assessments, peer reviews, and manager feedback.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Implement and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate employee training and track learning progress.
  • Conduct HR audits and training to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.
  • Promote and maintain a positive company culture aligned with startup values.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan's labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and digital documentation.
  • Experience in performance management, including 360° feedback cycles and goal setting.
  • Experience with LMS implementation and management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
