The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting marketing communication, analyzing market trends, identifying new growth opportunities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans.

Lead product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional activities.

Conduct market research, analyze competition, and provide actionable insights.

Manage digital and traditional media campaigns in collaboration with marketing agencies.

Ensure alignment between sales targets and brand performance.

Drive consumer engagement and foster brand loyalty through innovative programs.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements:

4–6 years of experience in brand management, preferably within healthcare, nutraceuticals, or consumer wellness.

Proven ability to build and execute brand campaigns and marketing strategies.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
