Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities:

  1. Train newly joined workers and technicians; conduct sessions with them timely to evaluate their progress.
  2. Make reports on technical issues during the shift and discuss with the Line Manager.
  3. Maintain floor decorum.
  4. Conduct daily meetings for production plans, discussing material availability, tools, and staff issues.
  5. Offer technical support for production to ensure quality, lower costs, and improve productivity.
  6. Draw defect analysis procedures for all kinds of defects, such as process problems and incoming material plans, and dominate improvement activities.
  7. Coordinate with PMC for the upcoming week's production plan.
  8. Solve interpersonal problems in the workplace.
Job Specification
  1. Good practical experience with MS Office.
  2. Strong organizational and leadership skills together with a results-driven approach.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver.
