Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

This role involves managing maintenance resources, including manpower, materials, and services, as well as developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures.

The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with outside agencies and contractors to ensure that work is performed according to company standards.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to mentor and train subordinates to enhance team performance and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Manage maintenance resources, including manpower, materials, and services
