Job Description

Translation Empire PK is hiring a Training & Development Officer to support and enhance the learning culture across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for helping plan, implement, and evaluate training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform at their best.

This is a mid-level role ideal for candidates with some prior training experience who are looking to take the next step in their professional journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development and execution of training programs and learning initiatives
  2. Identify employee learning needs in collaboration with HR and departmental leads
  3. Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees
  4. Track, record, and maintain training participation and completion data using LMS tools
  5. Assist in developing training content, manuals, and digital learning materials
  6. Gather and analyze post-training feedback to assess learning impact and areas for improvement
  7. Ensure the timely coordination and smooth delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  8. Stay up to date with learning trends and suggest innovative approaches to improve employee development
RequirementsQualification and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a training or development role
  3. Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LMS or e-learning platforms
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail
Certification (Preferred):
  1. HR or L&D certifications such as CIPD Level 3, SHRM-CP, or relevant short courses in instructional design or training
Work mode:

Work from Office.
