About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Training Officer to support our internal training programs and foster a culture of continuous learning.

This role is ideal for candidates starting their career in training, providing hands-on exposure to learning operations and employee development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and sessions.
  • Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Create training content, presentations, and e-learning materials.
  • Maintain training records, attendance logs, and performance reports using LMS tools.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Analyze feedback to improve learning content and delivery.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for internal and external training activities.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in training and development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or training roles.
  • Knowledge of training theories, adult education, or instructional design.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
